The process was simple, they built our website on Shopify and I would give 5 stars to them. It was a seamless integration and UX and UI have resulted in converting visitors to customers. They have SaaS products which result in quick performance analysis and thereby I was able to see what’s working and what is not. We focused more on what was working and drove our attention to that side of digital efforts.

Effective booking system, we had a project folder on google drive and we used that as one of the ways of communicating with them. There is also a customer support number who was available to help during working hours.

Constant and proactive check from them about the campaign, quick turnaround on issues and value for money. Again I’d say dashboard and transparency on campaign was amazing which you don’t find in other companies
