For what projects/services did your company hire Enfogen, and what were your goals?

My company Encasa Botanics provides a premium CBD experience for UK users, from the moment you click onto our website right through to products you consume. Enfogen helped me grow my business online by building online strategies and growing my revenue.


How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

Enfogen has been helping us for a long time and I am doing business with them for over a year. They approached us via a common network and we discussed how online strategies can help me grow my sales, since then they have been helping Encasa grow


Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and technologies used.

The process was simple, they built our website on Shopify and I would give 5 stars to them. It was a seamless integration and UX and UI have resulted in converting visitors to customers. After the website was done, I signed up for digital marketing and strategy. The best thing about Enfogen is they provide a customer dashboard and you can monitor the daily progress of the digital campaign. They have SaaS products which result in quick performance analysis and thereby I was able to see what’s working and what is not. We focused more on what was working and drove our attention to that side of digital efforts.


How many people from the vendor’s team worked with you, and what were their positions?

Enfogen has a strong team so I was not sure who at the background was working on different areas within digital campaign but I had a success manager assigned and I used to work with him and Faraz


Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Their dashboard is brilliant, customer service is very good and they were always there to listen to my problems. Their team is also excellent and know what they are doing


Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness.

Effective booking system, we had a project folder on google drive and we used that as one of the ways of communicating with them. There is also a customer support number who was available to help during working hours.


What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Constant and proactive check from them about the campaign, quick turnaround on issues and value for money. Again I’d say dashboard and transparency on campaign was amazing which you don’t find in other companies


Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Cannot think of anything, wish them all the luck and hope they are able to retain the quality of service to every client as they grow.
